It is not all about fun and games...or latest video, picture, or MP3 player.  It is exciting to think that we have the power to turn people on to new things and ideas through these pictures or audio or video.  But there are many other things that are out there that have captivated people.

Twitter was a fantastic idea to add to Applications.  Then Johnny came up with the StalkerJS which is totally awesome, a kind of reversed viral deal!  I love it!

But now it is time to think outside the box.  Let's get past the games and videos.  Could applications be richer than just exorbitant links to other sites?  Do they just have to link to internal non JS extensions?  Or could they server their own purpose?

In a forum post, Johnny discussed how a user could not simply input html code in.  But could they input form data that turned into a chart that could be updated daily, hourly, weekly, etc.  Could that chart plot say a person's purse, income, weight, net worth, 401k, height, etc?  Could the user see one level of input and the visitor the output?

Or does this require, once more, custom extensions, and then custom apps for the extension?

Maybe some devs could get involved.  I know some...but not as much as...
